All girls players register through Champlin Park High School Activities. Follow the steps below to get on the roster for the 2026 season.

Complete CPHS Activities Registration (required for all HS athletes).

Pay the Rebels Girls Lacrosse program fee.

Submit your current sports physical to the school activities office.
